Q: Roxanne Question answered on October 1, 2016 Hello, I was so excited for the Midtown location to open right down the street from my house. I called the other night to place a take out order only to find out that the Midtown location does not make the Stromboli so sad I've been waiting to order the Fig me, Fig you but no luck. I didn't even ask if the do calzones. Is this going to change in the future? I do love your calzones! Cheers, Roxanne

A: Ryan

Hi Roxanne, Apologies for the delayed response as the emails from our website were somehow going into the spam folder! We didn't have the stromboli at first but we are now offering 3 choices on our new menu including the Fig Me? Fig You! Thank you!

Q: Dave Question answered on April 8, 2016 What is the updated E.T.A. for the Midtown location? Thanks!

A: Ryan

Hi Dave, We're working diligently to get Noble Pie Parlor Midtown open. When it comes to building a brand new restaurant from scratch where we didn't even start out with walls you hit many delays unfortunately. We are hoping to be open before the end of May as we are getting closer every day. Thank you for your interest.

Q: Roxanne Question answered on November 13, 2015 What is your E.T.A. for the Midtown location? Welcome to the neighborhood! Can't wait walking distance from my house.

A: Ryan

Hi Roxanne! We are shooting for a soft opening in February. We will start a Noble Pie Parlor Midtown Page soon to provide updates on our progress during construction. We're very excited and can't wait to meet all of our new neighbors!

Q: Dean Waterbury Question answered on October 15, 2015 So, did the Somersett location idea fizzle out, with the new location now changed to Midtown? People up here want to know...

A: Ryan

Hi Dean! The location in Midtown is an additional location to our downtown locale. We are still working out the details for the Somersett location as our third location but are currently focusing our energy on the Midtown store currently. With our 2 other businesses in addition to Noble Pie Downtown and building out the new Midtown store we unfortunately aren't able to open 2 locations simultaneously. Look for an announcement soon regarding the Somersett store though!

Q: Erin Question answered on August 1, 2015 Are you opening a new location in Somersett?

A: Trevor

Hi Erin, All we can say at this point is that Somersett is a possibility but we cannot confirm at this point. Keeps your eyes peeled for updates!

Q: Traci Question answered on March 11, 2015 hi, wondering if you could tell me if your GF pizza crust is made in house. I have allergies to eggs and corn as well and wondered what other ingredients are in the crust! Thanks!!

A: Ryan

Hi Traci, We do not make our Gluten Free crust in house. It is quite difficult to manage the cross contamination and sanitation of our dough room where we make our normal pizza dough. Also making Gluten Free crust is a long and laborious process so we leave it the experts at an all Gluten Free Bakery in Southern California to make it for us. This keeps any cross contamination to the very minimum. The Gluten Free crust is Vegan so it does not contain any eggs and they do not use any corn flour in the ingredients. Come give it a try Traci!

Q: Roy Rose Question answered on December 15, 2014 Do you have whole wheat pizza?

Q: Lorell Question answered on November 4, 2014 I love pizza, and I've heard nothing but rave reviews on yours. But--I'm gluten intolerant--not Celiac! Is there any chance you will carry, at an additional cost, a gluten free crust? I understand that it won't be your signature pie, but at least people like me could eat while we watch our friends and family enjoy the real pie.

A: Trevor

Hi Lorell, We offer a very high quality thin Gluten Free Crust in a 12 size. We have gotten reports from many celiacs and GFree intolerant folks that it is the best they have ever had and sell a large amount them every week. Hope to see you soon!

Q: BK Question answered on October 24, 2013 Trevor, Do you ever miss the good old Palmer days? How many pizzas do you sell on an average day? BK

A: Trevor

Bob! If I said I didn't miss those days I definitely would be lying. It was a much simpler time and my first year of college. Had the Company not been sold I would've worked there all through college or maybe even still be working in the industry. I thoroughly enjoyed working for you. However I would never go back and change the path that has led me to where I am now. Thank you for the opportunity! On an average day if you include the slices that we sell that make up whole pies we are talking about around 50-60 pies. Keep Shredding, TL

Q: justin Question answered on October 24, 2013 Hey, I stopped by Noble last year. There was some really sick art hung on the walls. I asked Trevor about this and he said they were a friend of his. I wanted to buy a few of them, but was not able to since I was leaving the next morning. I live in DC now, but haven't been able to stop thinking about it. Is there any way I can get into contact with the artist? Thanks, -Justin

A: Trevor

Hi Justin, We have a first Thursday Art Opening each month at Noble Pie Parlor where we showcase a new local artist for the entirety of that month. The artist who you are referring to is Scott Cattani and he had a split show in August of 2012. If you'd like to contact him to commission a work his email address is scottcattani@gmail.com Thanks for your interest!

Q: Steve Question answered on October 24, 2013 Does Barry Manilow know that you raid his wardrobe?

A: Trevor

No, no he doesn't. I send a trained monkey into his closet while he's sleeping to retrieve choice items like his coveted red velvet blazer. It's so soft and smooth people just cant resist giving it a stroke as I walk by.

Q: Jay Question answered on October 14, 2013 Hello, Two questions-- Do you deliver late night? If we were to order pizza in advance, could we show up to pick it up sometime after midnight on Thursday? I'm not sure if its super crowded there on Thursday nights (never been to Reno), but we'd like some pizza that night and you've gotten all the recommendations. Thanks for the info, Jay

A: Trevor

Hi Jay, Our delivery times do vary from day to day but generally they are as follows: 10:30pm M/T, 1:30am W/TR, 3am F/Sa, and 8:30pm Su. Our delivery range is roughly 2 square miles, however, it is also set by physical street boundaries Pick-Up Orders are available to be called in up to 30 mins. prior to closing time. Our hours can be found on the info page. If it is going to be a large order we would appreciate you calling ahead so we have ample time to prepare and have the food ready on time ;)

A: Ryan

Hi Les, Brunch is every Saturday and Sunday, served from 10am - 3pm. The Build Your Own Bloody Mary bar operates for the full brunch service while $10 Bottomless Mimosas also run for the full service (with a 2 hr time limit from your first pour). Hope this helps. Cheers, Ryan

Q: Dawn Question answered on October 13, 2013 I heard that I can get very thin crust pizza at Noble Pie. Is that true?

A: Ryan

Hi Dawn, Our style of pizza is what we would refer to as New York Street. We use a classic brick oven at an exceptionally high heat. We would definitely consider this a thin crust pizza. The pies are available in Big Slices and/or 14, 16, or 20 sizes. Please let us know if you have anymore questions ;) - Ryan
