We sure do! We have done orders of up to 100 plus pizzas for certain events on a staggered schedule.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Apologies for the delayed response as the emails from our website were somehow going into the spam folder! We didn't have the stromboli at first but we are now offering 3 choices on our new menu including the Fig Me? Fig You! Thank you!
We're working diligently to get Noble Pie Parlor Midtown open. When it comes to building a brand new restaurant from scratch where we didn't even start out with walls you hit many delays unfortunately. We are hoping to be open before the end of May as we are getting closer every day.
Thank you for your interest.
We are shooting for a soft opening in February. We will start a Noble Pie Parlor Midtown Page soon to provide updates on our progress during construction.
We're very excited and can't wait to meet all of our new neighbors!
Hi Dean! The location in Midtown is an additional location to our downtown locale.
We are still working out the details for the Somersett location as our third location but are currently focusing our energy on the Midtown store currently. With our 2 other businesses in addition to Noble Pie Downtown and building out the new Midtown store we unfortunately aren't able to open 2 locations simultaneously.
Look for an announcement soon regarding the Somersett store though!
All we can say at this point is that Somersett is a possibility but we cannot confirm at this point. Keeps your eyes peeled for updates!
Our wing recipe was born from an old family recipe from Pittsburgh. Come check us out and see what they're all about. They're different than any other wings we've ever tasted and we win a lot of awards for them.
Al! I am ordering the cans this week and will get them stocked up!
Peej! All of our pies come with our Brooklyn Red Sauce unless specified otherwise in the description on menu. If you'd like to try it with a different sauce but it is well suited to the Brooklyn Red. Party on!
We do not make our Gluten Free crust in house. It is quite difficult to manage the cross contamination and sanitation of our dough room where we make our normal pizza dough. Also making Gluten Free crust is a long and laborious process so we leave it the experts at an all Gluten Free Bakery in Southern California to make it for us. This keeps any cross contamination to the very minimum.
The Gluten Free crust is Vegan so it does not contain any eggs and they do not use any corn flour in the ingredients.
Come give it a try Traci!
We do not have a whole wheat pizza however we use very high quality organic flour for our pizza dough.
However we do also offer a fantastic Gluten Free Crust in a 12 size.
We are always closed on Thanksgiving day in order to give our staff and ourselves a well deserved day off to be thankful with our friends and family.
The Thanksgiving Calzones are indeed available for Takeout when we offer them in November. Happy Turkey Day!
Did Louie put you up to this?! Hahaha!
We offer a very high quality thin Gluten Free Crust in a 12 size. We have gotten reports from many celiacs and GFree intolerant folks that it is the best they have ever had and sell a large amount them every week. Hope to see you soon!
This is very true. Our Pizza Dough is vegan and offer Brooklyn Red, Vegan Pesto, and Vegan Bianco sauces as well as Daiya Vegan Mozzarella for Pizza pies and Calzones. We have a large offering of veggies including Sauteed Mushrooms, Artichoke Hearts, Caramelized Onions, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, nuts, etc for Toppings and Fillings. We can also make the Garlic Knots, Chips, Calzones, Fries and our Signature Salad Vegan as well by subbing out different ingredients.
That is a tricky question and answer. I guess the best answer for this question is as many as we allow them before they become too intoxicated during the 2 hour time limit. Happy Brunching!
Trevor Leppek Co-Owner/Operator here. We have two other Trevor's working at Noble Pie and it sounds like you are speaking of Trevor Parker as he is in the front of the house after 10pm. I will relay the message to him about the meal and service. Hell we are always looking for multi talented and awesome team members so swing your resume on by!
We do indeed deliver to Mount Rose St. We deliver as far South as Plumb Lane in between Wells and Sharon Way. Our delivery charge is $3 and we have a minimum order of $15 before the delivery charge. We also offer carry out as well and can usually have your food ready for pick up in about 15 minutes depending on the size and time of the order. Thank you for inquiring!
If I said I didn't miss those days I definitely would be lying. It was a much simpler time and my first year of college. Had the Company not been sold I would've worked there all through college or maybe even still be working in the industry. I thoroughly enjoyed working for you. However I would never go back and change the path that has led me to where I am now. Thank you for the opportunity!
On an average day if you include the slices that we sell that make up whole pies we are talking about around 50-60 pies.
We have a first Thursday Art Opening each month at Noble Pie Parlor where we showcase a new local artist for the entirety of that month. The artist who you are referring to is Scott Cattani and he had a split show in August of 2012. If you'd like to contact him to commission a work his email address is email@example.com Thanks for your interest!
No, no he doesn't. I send a trained monkey into his closet while he's sleeping to retrieve choice items like his coveted red velvet blazer. It's so soft and smooth people just cant resist giving it a stroke as I walk by.
Our delivery times do vary from day to day but generally they are as follows: 10:30pm M/T, 1:30am W/TR, 3am F/Sa, and 8:30pm Su. Our delivery range is roughly 2 square miles, however, it is also set by physical street boundaries
Pick-Up Orders are available to be called in up to 30 mins. prior to closing time. Our hours can be found on the info page. If it is going to be a large order we would appreciate you calling ahead so we have ample time to prepare and have the food ready on time ;)
Brunch is every Saturday and Sunday, served from 10am - 3pm. The Build Your Own Bloody Mary bar operates for the full brunch service while $10 Bottomless Mimosas also run for the full service (with a 2 hr time limit from your first pour).
Hope this helps.
Our style of pizza is what we would refer to as New York Street. We use a classic brick oven at an exceptionally high heat. We would definitely consider this a thin crust pizza. The pies are available in Big Slices and/or 14, 16, or 20 sizes. Please let us know if you have anymore questions ;) - Ryan
